This historic north end home had a front porch that was falling down. We built a new intricately and historically detailed main level porch out of wood, concrete and masonry. The finely detailed upper level porch has a rubber roof covering and beaded ceiling. Intricate balusters were cut by the homeowner.

We remodeled the master bathroom with new plumbing, heated tile floor and reproduction antique vanity.

The garage at the rear of the property is attached to a cottage and has a generous room on the upper level.
