Elizabeth designed this second-story addition for this
Manitou Springs historic residence with a partial main level addition below.
This design won a Preservation Honor Award from the City of Manitou Springs. 
The homeowner did almost all of the work himself. Kiva later replaced the garage at the front of the property carefully excavating and pouring concrete walls below the main house.
