Kimber and Elizabeth Janney are husband and wife owners of Kiva Construction, Inc. located in Old Colorado City. They have worked on unique and challenging construction projects in the Pikes Peak Region for many years. Much of their work is historic building and renovating but the breadth of their experience includes theaters, churches, and straw bale and timber frame homes with adobe floors. As a hands-on design/build team, they emphasize quality on every job.
